Dance competitions, showcases, galas, and every other event — plus everyday business print — handled by the print team at Marina Village in St. Petersburg.
Our in-store Konica Minolta AccurioPress is the same class of equipment commercial print shops use. That means sharp color, heavy cardstock, and fast turnarounds on everything from event programs to posters.

Custom banners bring branding, sponsor visibility, and event messaging into ballrooms, stages, entrances, and other key areas throughout the venue.
Who it’s for: Dance competition and gala organizers, sponsors, and venues that need signage people can see from across the room — plus businesses that want banners, posters, and signs that stand out at events, storefronts, and trade shows.

From promotion to presentation, we bring every printed piece together in one place.
Who it’s for: Event and dance showcase organizers who need promotion before the event and schedules, programs, and tickets during it — galas, ballroom sessions, reserved seating, and other ticketed experiences.

We can work with your artwork and award structure to organize different quantities and versions for production.
Who it’s for: Dance competition organizers, judges’ tables, and awards teams — anyone who needs competition paperwork, results, and recognition pieces ready on site.

Tabletop pieces designed to coordinate with your event branding and theme.
Who it’s for: Galas, banquets, awards dinners, and receptions that want every table to match the rest of the event.

Fully custom-printed stationery keeps every communication consistent with your organization or event identity.
Who it’s for: Organizations, studios, and local businesses that want their brand on everything — and events that need judges, staff, and competitors easily identifiable, from the competition floor to behind the scenes.

Layouts, type, and color shaped into print-ready pieces that feel intentional and event-ready. Already have artwork? Send it our way. Need creative support or help preparing files for production? We can step in where needed.
Who it’s for: Anyone starting from an idea instead of a finished file — and anyone whose artwork needs a check before it goes to press. Our in-store design team can help refine your ideas and create materials tailored to your business or event.
Presentation binding & laminating (coil/comb binding and tabs), Every Door Direct Mail® (EDDM) and direct mail campaigns, and offset printing for larger runs, coordinated with trusted partners.
A few essential guidelines to help ensure your artwork is ready for production.
Print-ready PDF files are preferred. Submit artwork at final dimensions with all fonts embedded.
300 PPI at final size is the industry standard for most printed materials. Large-format graphics viewed from a distance can typically use 100–150 PPI.
For most trimmed products, include 0.125″ bleed on each side. Extend backgrounds beyond the trim line and keep important details away from the edges.
CMYK color mode is recommended. Printed colors may vary from what appears on your screen.
Clearly label artwork by product and version. Include the required sizes and quantities for each design. For personalized items, provide an organized Excel or CSV file.
We review all submitted artwork for potential printing issues and let you know if any adjustments are needed before production.
Please double-check all supplied artwork and proofs for spelling, names, dates, and event details. Customers are responsible for content accuracy.
